Think anyone survived this?

Believe it or not, we both did.

May 14, 1977.  The Dodge Colt pictured above that we were in was hit head-on by a Monte Carlo.  It wasn’t a fair fight.  I had just turned 17 three days before.

Raising a glass to my old friend Charlie Koff, who recently found these old photos and is my fellow survivor.  And it’s pretty safe to assume it left a mark or two on both of us.

Thinkin’ I don’t wanna do that again.
