Thanks!  lol!  I also thought those frog legs were to be on a plate!  Supposedly having them gives you a smoother ride.  I may or may not order them because the ride yesterday was pretty smooth without them.
I'm gonna try to post a pic later.

Thanks, Trisha.  Well, we are expecting tons of rain (much of the eastern part of the US is) so it has been major dark here today. Angry  So everytime I tried to take a pic at different times today, but they kept coming out too dark!  So if tomorrow is better I'll take a pic!
Hopefully I'll still be able to keep my apt. for a DevaCurl (trim).  When it rains,it pours here with Stress-A-Ride!  They might not even show up! Angry

Given the nasty weather here and the rain I had to cancel my trip with Stress-A-Ride.  I'm still trying to get in touch with the salon to cancel my  appt.  I'll re-schedule.
I had used the Deva Curl No Poo yesterday.( Love, love, love!!!  Thanks for the recommendation Sakina. Kiss)
I also used a deep conditioner after the No Poo.  It was Henna and Placenta.  I kept that on for a few hours and rinsed.  My hair sucked so much of that up not much rinsed out.  Hair is very soft, but extremely frizzy!! Sad  It's the weather and rain.  I'll rinse my hair today and use the Deva Curl Condition One and AG Re:Coil to combat the frizzies.  More on that later...................

I'm glad you're loving the devacurl product, though.

Well, I rescheduled for next Wed.  Doncha know that stupidforecast says rain for Wed.!! Angry  I'm praying it changes over to either sunny or partly sunny!
I was such a frizzy mess this morning!  I soaked my hair, used the DevaCurl Conditioner One and felt much better.  I used a microfiber twistie towel to blot the excess water, then I used the AG Re:Coil curl activator.  Not too shabby there!  Love all the curls, but I know I'm gonna loose about 3-6 inches when I see this guy on the 6th. Sad Cry

Better to have healthy hair even if it's shorter, right?

I am still working on that pic, fear not!  I can't seem to get a clear pic.  I keep tryin though!
Not much else happening.  I did complete a pair of fingerless gloves in Camo for my Etsy shop.  Still working on the granny square blanket, got 20 squares done.  I need 63 or 64 Roll Eyes before I piece it together.
The flute practice is coming along.  Wish my right hand fingers would move quicker, it would solve a lot of problems!
Anywho, C is at work so it gives me an opportunity to steam clean the floors and wash some clothes.............

I've got some photos, but photobucket is not cooperating! AngryThere's got to be a way to download these photos!!!)
I've tried 3 times to download and all I get is photo has been moved or deleted  Angry Roll Eyes
...
Either it's a conspiracy against wheelchairs or for some reason the photos are deleted on both sites.  They are there on photobucket and tinypic, but refuse to download properly.  If there is a will there is a way!!!  Stay tuned!

Thank you much!  I like the Scarlet Ice color better than I thought.  I was going back and forth between this color and a dark purple.  I'm liking this color more and more.
On other avenues, I got a call yesterday from a lady named Gail who is with a Bichon Rescue.  I had filled out an application on line for a rescue Bichon a few days ago.  Life is very quiet without my Shasta.  I miss her more than words can say. Cry  Before I start bawling like a baby.......Gail said she liked my application and had two bichons in mind for me.  They are abit older than I wanted though.  We'll see.  Gail told me she was going to be at Meet the Breeds on Oct. 16th and 17th at the Concention Center.  C and I are going to make it there to meet her.  I'm at a crossroads because as much as I miss Shasta I want another Bichon, but know that no one will compare to her.   Not that I would compare but I feel almost like I'm doing her a disservice by getting another dog. Embarrassed
Time will tell.
I'm hopefully going for my DevaCurl cut(trim) tomorrow so today I'll do another deep condtioning after DevaCurl No Poo.
I was very pleased with the Deva Curl products and AG Re:Coil that I tried so far.  I wish C was here to measure for me before the "experience" tomorrow.  I'll try to measure myself today after the deep conditioner.

Scarlet says "fiery Brooklyn babe" doesn't it? Wink

And while I understand wanting another pet, it sounds like you might not be ready for one yet.
After my cat passed away it took bloody forever before I could fathom having another one around. Over a decade later, I still don't.
Everyone recovers differently, of course. My point is don't rush it. It's not fair to you or the new dog.
