Jet aurora borealis 2X is a special effect color that is uber dramatic. The effect of the multi-hued aurora borealis finish is intensified when applied on a black ground and the result is a crystal that flashes vibrant oil slick hues of purple, blue, green, pink and gold like nobody's business. The effect is so colorful, it's often called Peacock when referring to Swarovski's version of this breathtaking crystal.

The end of each of these hair accessories is adorned with a divine Preciosa jet aurora borealis 2x cushion crystal, nestled between two silver plated filigree bead caps. A Preciosa jet aurora borealis 2X cushion crystal occupies the center position. A Swarovski Peaock crystal, topped with a silver plated flower bead cap, sits below. Silver plated heishi beads complete the hair jewelry design. The hair sticks are carved bone, finished with dragon scale-textured paper in a hand dyed watercolor design of predominantly plum, purple and gold jewel tones, under many layers of protective clear, glossy enamel.
