Faux Short-Hair style?
Apr 15th, 2010 at 9:35am

I have been wanting to think up a way to do some sort of hair style that, when looked at from the front (or the back, too) looks like my hair is shoulder length (or just above).  I can't really wrap my brain around it, and I'm NEVER good at just playing with hair styles (I have too much hair O.o).

I tried googling for some ideas, but it's a hard thing to search for, and I can't really find anything useful.

Does anyone have any ideas?  Have any of you done something like this before?

I thought about making a very low ponytail, and then twisting and making a bun below the hair-tie and then pinning it to my head, but I already know that won't really work for my hair type.

This is cute, but I think it would only work for hair with layers (and I have twice as much hair as her)  But how cute!

Uhm...what's the name of that tutorial site where there are make-up, hair, etc. tutorials?  There was a tutorial on faux bob hairstyle.

I have layers maybe I could try that one tutorial when time bids it.

I tried that one roll up one, but I could only get my hair to about mid-back, bc it's so long, it's hard to roll up.  Been trying to think of something to use to hold it in place as I roll it, but haven't come up with anything yet.  Hubby did NOT like it even at mid-back! lol!!  Oh well
