Tomorrow my mom has surgery to remove any tumors and her gallbladder.  Please pray for my mom, that she survives and all the cancer is gone.

Thank you!

Thank you, MichelleR and KNS.

She got through the surgery OK.  They took out her gallbladder and the omentum, and found marble sized tumors which they cut down to small bits.  They will use this tissue to determine what combo of chemo drugs to use when she's well enough for chemo.

I really appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers.  (((hugs))) to you all!

Thank goodness the surgery went A-OK!
Hope they find the right chemo to use, and she responds well to it.  Smiley

Thank you for your continued support and prayers.

Good news-she's now recovering at home.  I'll be seeing her in person Thursday, 11/19.

W/o the surgery, the Dr. said she had 6-18 months to live.  Those marble size tumors apparently are an aggressive type.  With the surgery she has more like 3 years and with effective chemo, even more!
