Beautiful Lengths or Long Term Relationships?
Aug 15th, 2008 at 10:11pm

Hi everyone! Cheesy

Right now I have been using the shampoo and conditioner called Herbal Essences: Long Term Relationships, even though my hair is only 11'' long. I am hoping that it will help it grow faster and strengthen it against breakage since it is probably more meant for people with longer hair, not for people who are trying to grow out their hair.
Recently, there has been some new products out by Pantene called "Beautiful Lengths". I am pretty sure that these shampoos and conditioners are meant for people who want to grow their hair out and strengthen against breakage, but I'm not sure. But right now I guess I'm asking what one you would think is better. Have you every tried any of these products? Did they work well?

Any helpful comments would be very much appreciated! Thanks! Grin

Thanks.  I'll keep my eyes out for those Pantene products.  For a moment there you had me worried that you were being dumped by a long term partner over your long hair.   Sorry, but that's what I thought was implied in the header. Grin

I used the herbal essence one for a bit but couldnt handle the smell (I get scent related headaches).  I LOVE herbal essence though, and have been meaning to try their clarifying shampoo.  Let us know if you try the pantene!

My daughter's hair loves the pantene beautiful lengths conditioner.  She was doing all right with the shampoo, too, but we've switched to a no sulfate shampoo.  The conditioner turned out to be too heavy for me.  I have fine, thin hair, but my daughter's is much thicker and a tad coarser.  That might make a difference.  I've never tried herbal essences.

hahha..I posted this a while ago and since then have tried both.
I first tried the herbal essences and that was good, but then tried beautiful lengths and liked it better because it was actually designed for people who were growing out their hair, and not people like me who don't have very long hair in the first place.
