There is a girl at my school with very long hair--probably about knee length.  She always wears it braided so I can't be certain about the exact length, but the braid is a bit longer than classic, so her hair must be pretty long. 

She is very noticeable at our school because most of the kids there are very drab and studious or very typical abercrombie teenage types, but she always wears these interesting scarves tied around her braid and these beautiful chinese jackets.  I wish I could've gotten to know her better, but she is graduating this year. .  I may have to take over from her once my hair gets longer...

She normally just tied them around the top, I think.  They were more decorative than anything else.  Her hair looked like it was in tremendous shape as well-- it's very shiny and smooth.
