A change
Jan 15th, 2008 at 7:01pm

Hi all, Since the 1st of the year is here, I have decided to make some changes.  I now cut/measure my hair every 2 months.  I have become toooo obsessed.  Other changes are:  giving up all soft drinks.  I had started drinking them again and have decided I really dont need the sugar, caffeine, and chemicals in the drinks.  I have also given up all snack foods.  Drink more water.  That is a  BIGGIE for me.  I simply dont drink water.  Maybe when I find out what kind of job I will be getting, I may start looking at exercising more too  Roll Eyes.  Overall, I want to make some positive changes I can stick with.  I have gotten into a yo-yo kinda thing and I dont want that.  I have also been giving to some other changes but I know if I start slowly, then I will stick with the changes, rather to much all at the same time.  Does that make sense?

You've set some good goals for yourself.  Good luck with them.  Just remember that you can do whatever you want if you put your mind to it!

Good for you, Debr!  I suggest putting up little notes to remind yourself of your goals.  Keeping your goals fresh in your mind will help you achieve them.  It is easy to get overwhelmed by changing too much at once.  You're very smart to start with small changes, once you accomplish those you can go on to the other ones you have in mind.

Sounds like 2008 will be a great year for Debr!!!
