Matrix Biolage Conditioner
Apr 17th, 2007 at 1:12pm

Hi everyone,  I read an article the other day about Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm.  Sooo, being curious I went and bought some.  Kinda expensive, but it was worth it.  I had some dry frizzies on top of my head by my part, couldn't seem to get rid of them.  I tried this product and low and behold it worked!!   Grin Grin.  The 1st time was good, but the 2nd time I used it, it was marvelous.  ALL of hair benefited greatly from this product.  I think my hair looks normal again, the frizzies are gone, doesnt feel so frazzled anymore.  I really like the product.  Dont know about the shampoo (there is one) I havent tried it.

Hi Debr, there is a shampoo, too.  It's hydrating and works in tandem with the balm.  I've used the balm in the past and loved it.  Pricey, yes, but used as deep conditioner too, that you leave on for a while;it's worth it.

You know, I wasn't impressed at all with the shampoo or the conditioner. The shampoo seemed to coat my hair with a heavy layer of slime and didn't feel like it was really cleaning. The conditioner just seemed too thin and I seem to remember it burning my skin a bit...but I might be wrong.  Huh  Both also contain oil, which is like death for my skin, so after only a few uses, I gave them to my sister.

We also got the shine/sleeking serum, but I never used it. It looked way too heavy for my hair.

But ya know? That's the proof that what fails miserably for one person might work wonders for someone else. Your hair is as unique as your fingerprint, after all.  Wink

I happen to like my shampoo.  I might on a whim buy the shampoo one of these days.  I have tried the Sleek shampoo/conditioner, hated them both.  My asthma especially didnt like it.  Left an odor in my hair.  Scents cause my asthma to react.  But this balm is very nice in my hair and no odor.  Happy days are here again.   Smiley
