If you've recently used a non- or low-peroxide temporary color
on your hair, don't give yourself a hot oil treatment. The hot oil will
remove a good deal of the color from you hair. On the otherhand, if you've
used a temporary color you hate, hot oil treatments are a great way to
remove the color more quickly!
