Congratulations on your progress!  You've obviously made it past the "difficult" stages of growing out your hair and are well on your way to extreme long hair.

Yea I'm growing mine to at least my waist. Now I wish I could do away with my frizzy hair problem, weird winter I think is the problem, or bad diet.

Eating healthy is important to healthy hair.  Winter is difficult on hair.  The dry air dries out the hair.  You may need a bit extra conditioner for hair during the winter.  You can also use a bit of your regular conditioner as a leave in conditioner.  This will give your hair more moisture and protect it from the dry air.
