I purchased Ionic Steam Rollers from Revlon to replace my Caruso Molecular hair setter but I don't recommend it.  

The rollers get unnecessarily hotter than the Caruso rollers and the rollers are also smaller (in diameter and length).  I couldn't get all of my hair wrapped around even the largest roller let alone clamping it, and my hair is only 24" long.  

The unit is a large bin that holds the steam compartment as well as the rollers. Having the roller bin and the steam compartment in one inseparable unit makes emptying the water a little difficult. When pouring out the water, you have to hold the rollers in place with your other hand or else they'll spill out into the sink as well.  

Lastly, when the steamer is switched to the ionic setting, it makes a loud clicking noise that never stops until you either switch the setting back to steam only or turn it off.  Oh, and actually this is the last thing.  It has two steam spouts on the top (as opposed to one like Caruso) to place the rollers for steam. You have to be careful because if there is only one roller being steamed and you go to grab it, it's very easy to burn your hand from the other steam spout. Ouch!
