what length should you start using vinegar rinses? (Read 8771 times)

roomtogrow Emerald Offline Posts: 379 Gender:	what length should you start using vinegar rinses? Nov 12^th, 2006 at 7:35pm I'm wondering if my hair is still too short to benefit from a vinegar rinse. The longest layer is just reaching my shoulders. Should I use one soon? How often do you use it? Thanks!

Vinegar rinses will help remove product build up from your shampoo. It is particulary good to use if you have hard water. The vinegar will help remove the soap/shampoo from you hair.

It's true - hair of any length can benefit from vinegar rinses. The goal is to remove any sort of build-up, be it from S & C's, styling products, hard water, etc. etc. It also works quite well for treating dandruff.

It also doesn't matter whether you use apple cider vinegar or distilled white vinegar. The result is the same. Just remember that a little goes a long way. Wink

I'm trying to start good hair habits while it's growing out. Plus it gives me something else to think about my hair, other than how it grows slowly (or how impatient I get.)
