Yes - I hate it when I close the door on my hair, along with getting it caught in the seat belt and/or the car window!  Cars are dangerous places for long hair.

how true, cars are dangerous places for long hair, the times I have shut my hair in the door are countless, and I always get tangled up in the seat belt. I have a convertable but thought it would be impossible to drive with long hair but someone fabulous invented a mesh that goes behind the front seats. I have a four seater so the mesh is stored just inside the front of the back seats which makes it very difficult if I want to carry more than two passengers. The only thing I worry about now with the top down is getting a visit from an incontinent pidgeon. Believe me it happened to my husband once as a passenger in my car.
