Yep - all you have to do is add the [ img] before the URL and [ /img] after the URL for the picture to show. (But remove the spaces I have put in so they don't get confused!).

The string would look like this (removing the spaces)
[ img]http://i3.tinypic.com/wbq7t5.jpg [ /img]

Another option is to use the picture button which will put the tags in the message area, then you put the URL between the tags.

It is a great picture of your hair. I love the red in it. Thanks for sharing it with us.
