! Thanks for posting that, BB. The really cool part about such wonderful exerpts like that is honestly trying to do what they say...not just reading and forgetting about it, and how it can actually change you for the better. The part I like best about that one is where it refers to 'helping hands', I think that really rings true (especially for women, although some of us could use 8 or 10 of those helping hands!).

The poise part is my favourite too. Especially poignant for someone who has spent the majority of her life a loner. Wink
