Oh HAPPY DAY!!

And anyone who's been around long enuf to read my early laments will know *just* how happy it is!

I HAVE EXACTLY*THREE* GORGEOUS, GLORIOUS, FABULOUS, AND WELL-DESERVED *WHITE* HAIRS!!!!!

Say it with me now... YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!

I've waited 45 years for this moment and I couldn't be more thrilled!! And even better yet, they are all on one side of my forehead!! My long dreamed-for streak might actuallly happen!!! How incredibly kewl is that????????

So... how long do I have to wait to see some significant growth of white, anyone have a clue? And anyone have any suggestions to make it really sparkle? As you can probably tell, gray is one of the few areas about hair in which I don't have a lot of knowledge, but I'm willing to learn!

Sorry, I can't tell you how long before you get significant white growth, but it will certainly show up much better in your dark brown hair then in my light brown. As for getting it to sparkle??? Can you polish them? No, probably not. Maybe do the gloss thing with the jojoba oil/aloe gel mixture.

I have no idea how long it will take for you to get your streak. I got my first grey hairs when I was 25, and never had more then a dozen or so. They really started coming in when I turned 50. Sorry. Hope your streak comes in quickly for you!

Genetically I was supposed to be fully gleeming white shortly after forty. I got my first few before thirty but those little stinkers are just not going full out - I'm still sort of half and half and waiting ...g

I, personally, find this extremely attractive and sexy. Can't explain why, but it is. I'm so happy that you're thrilled with it Rapunzel; you should be.

I once dated a gal (she was 30 at the time) and she had a grey streak in her hair that she constantly covered up no matter how much I told her it was hot and exotic. It's so good that you, Rapunzel, and all these ladies think a grey/white streak is Cheesy

As the lesser of the genders, I agree whole heartedly.
