I'm BAAAAACK!!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome back, everyone. I had a great vacation - a total escape. Unfortunately, the world did not cooperate in playing nice so I come home to find London the victim of terrorist attacks and Hurricane Dennis about to hit land. On a positive note, the Minnesota legistlature has finally gotten off their butts and passed an interium budget so that things can return to "normal" (ever pass through a state with all the rest stops closed??).

Hubby and I got in lots of biking - some on new trails, some on our favorite trails. The upper 90's temps at the end of the week were a bit of a surprise, especially in northern Minnesota. The important thing is we had fun!

I'm trying to catch up as fast as I can. So far it looks like you all behaved yourself and Gabi did an excellent job. (I guess I'd better spiff up my act or I will lose my job here!). OK, off to read more fun posts!! Grin
