Well, I took the plunge and got the Better Than Nothing (BTN) set, as I was ordering a horn comb anyway.
I really was sceptical. Well, I was wrong and I still can't believe it.
I'm sure the line is not for everyone (like if you don't want to wash frequently) but I think it's going to work really well for me. I wanted something I could wash my hair with daily but wouldn't mess up the hair while still super cleaning the scalp.
The first few times I used it I thought it was going to be too drying so I e-mailed them. Got a response right away checking out HOW I was using the product and it really does make a difference - I've used it every day for a week since and the hair gets better every darned wash.
I've come to the conclusion that the reason the site gave me problems initially has to do with language style - LM is French Canadian? and her sense of humour, I believe, gets lost until you realize that she is very tongue in cheek. Like most US people I'm used to thinking I'm being a naive consumer unless I get all the ingredients, but they are Canadian and at least for now they don't have to tell you.
I'm still very bemused that a company I didn't think I'd like is possibly going to be my favorite line ....I'll update in my journal as I go along...g
edited for clarification and in case Mamma LM pay me a visit
