Hey! Looking for a hairstyle while you're still in the growing-out phase? I found that this one works for hair that's as short as... well, mine (haha) and as long as four inches past the shoulders. Check it out! (Pardon my messy desk...  )



All you do is gather hair into a ponytail as high as you want, then spread out your hair and pin in place with bobby pins (clean look), butterfly clips (cute look), or regular teeny clips (they look like curly hair ). And this can be used for straight or curly hair!

Actually, my sister had tried it once before -- her hair is relatively straight -- and it was seeing her and a bunch of other straight-haired girls doing it (with just the elastic; the clips just hold it better, 'specially for my hair) that happens to be my inspiration.



And I WANNA SEE THE STICK STRAIGHT HAIR!!!!! 

What a fun hair style!  I looks like it would work for layered hair too since you'd catch the layered bits (that don't fit into the pony) with the clips.
