Thank you Biker and Autumn my hair is not as thick as it looks, but has a lot of body ... the ends look better as I have used the frey method of trimming, first time and it turned our pretty good.

It is a little dry though is there anything to use to help bring out the shoe and the ends are a lil frizzy if I don't straighten thenm do you recommend a good product for th ends...sorry so long, but this is first time really working hard to get to my goal.
