I thought we could start a new topic for you Myst..

Taking care of your ends it very important.  Making sure you condition them is a good begining.  The top of your head does not need as much conditioning as the ends.  Be sure to concentrate on the hair below your ears.  Use a moisturizing leave-in conditioner or use a bit of oil (such as jojoba) on the ends.  This will make them soft and less frizzy.
