Clarrifying Conditioners?
Mar 24th, 2005 at 4:20pm

After playing around with some different shampoo/conditioner combinations I've noticed I like using the Vo5 kiwi/lime clarrifying conditioner, but I was wondering if anyone here could possibly reccomend some others that might be worth a try to use as well.

I've never tried a clarifying conditioner.  It always seemed like an oxymoron to me.   Undecided

I've done CO washing w/ suave daily clarifying, and liked it.  I've never been able to find the VO5 kiwi lime but want to try it.

I haven't tried very many suave products so it may be something for me to look at that I hadn't before. I'll have to see if I can find some next time I go shopping.

The first one I used for CO wash was VO5 Kiwi Lime, but it made my scalp break out, which I understand is not uncommon. I use Suave Daily Clarifying Conditioner now to CO wash, and follow it with Suave Humectant, then with Pantene Pro-V.

"Clarifying" conditioners are great for CO washing.  I really like VO5 Kiwi-lime, which cleans almost as well as a
shampoo.  I can only think that  they must be meant for either very short hair or oily hair-I would never use that one (VO5) as a primary conditioner.
