How did you find LongLocks?

I'm just curious, how did each of you find your way to the LongLocks Salon/LongLocks HairStick Boutique?
  • Google search for hair sticks
  • Google search for long hair
  • Google search for hair styles
  • Link from another long hair site (which?)
  • Link from another hair stick site (which?)
  • Link from another message board (which?)
  • Link from a banner exchange (what site did you link from?
  • Message link from another board (which?)
  • Personal referral
  • It's a funny story...let me tell you....
  • I've been here so long I have no idea anymore

I fall in the last category - I don't remember if I found LL from a google search or a link from somewhere else.  Tell us how YOU found us!

I found LL by Googling for hat pins.  It took me to Waltzing Willow and now I'm addicted to hairsticks.  Who'd a thunk?

Google search for hair styles - or long hair styles I'm not sure now -- and yes I'm still relatively "new" but my memory..... Roll Eyes

Probably one of my many searches for braiding techniques, but I'm not really sure anymore.   Wink

I Googled for hairsticks. Even before ordering my first pair, I found the guide for growing long hair. I still think that it saved my hair.

well...
my sister's good friend has BSL hair and was looking for hair toys on line one day and stumbled upon LL.  She told my sis all about the site and the beautiful hairsticks, mentioning that "maybe your sister would be interested in checking it out?".....

Well - - - dozens of pairs of hairsticks later.......
My sister keeps apologizing each time she sees a new pair - And when visiting at Christmas time (4 or 5 pair ago.....) After walking out of my bathroom, exclaimed, "Good grief - Shocked how many of those things do you HAVE??!!!", then the now customary: "Oh, I am so sorry I introduced you to that site!" Roll Eyes

I'VE NEVER BEEN SORRY!!!!!!!!!

I'd never even seen hairsticks in person before my first pair - and I doubt I'll ever see a "last" pair - Grin

I remember I googled "hair sticks" to find some pictures I could use for description ideas for something I was writing. I stayed to look around once I noticed the hair care information that could be found around the site, and I really only checked the forums out of curiosity. I'm glad I did. Smiley

Just my usual habit of doing research on something before I jump in. I was researching different oils, namely jojoba. There was a HUGE jojoba thread on this forum that I came across. Now the story behind my growing my hair in the first place, THAT's an odd story. (post #39 in journal)

THANK YOU LONGLOCKS for saving my hair!
