Right or left handed?
Feb 23rd, 2005 at 4:36am

For a while now I've been braiding my hair a certain way for sleeping and doing work around the house (two braids, one over each shoulder, as it's easy for me to see what i'm doing then and do it without needing help) and I've noticed something about braiding my hair like that. One side is always neater and more nicely done than the other, even if I take the time to re-do it a couple of times. This also happens when I try other things, pig tails, hair clips, and so on.
It's made me wonder if favoring a certain hand or side can affect the way you style your hair, even if the affect is just a small one.

Or maybe I'm just looking too closely at an odd bad habbit. Roll Eyes

I prefer to braid, brush, or comb my hair over my left shoulder.  I can do it on the right side, but it seems easier to me on the left.  I think it is because my right hand is more comfortable crossing over.
