AVOCADO CONDITIONER

2 teaspoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2 teaspoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons honey

In a saucepan, slowly heat all ingredients except for the honey, then remove from heat and let cool.  Add honey and stir until well mixed.  Massage the mixture into the hair and then comb through and leave on for 15 - 20 minutes.  Rinse with warm water.

Makes 1/2 cup.  Refrigerate.  Discard after 5 days.

You could do this as often as you think you need it.  Weekly would be great!  I do deep conditionings about once a month - I can't seem to find the time to do it more often.
