Hi Folks,

Have a happy Solstice and a happy Holiday Season! I'll be gone til Jan. 3, might check in now and then on guest computers in lobbies if I'm lucky.. but just wanted to start a Christmas thread right on Yule this year before going on holiday.

...

Love and hugs,

Happy Winter's Solstice (my favorite day of the year!), Happy Holidays, Season's Greetings and Merry Christmas to all those who visit these pages.

If I could send cyber-Christmas presents to you all, I would send everyone some Longlocks HairStix of your choice; I'd send Rua lots of non-toxic paint for her nursery and gift certificates for baby goodies, Anais would get a gift certificate for new corsets, a Ficcare clip and goathair brush from Germany.

I'd send Bikerbraid, Anais, Rapunzel; oh heck, I'd just send us all to a luxurious spa full of hair minions and masseuses (pl?)

Everyone would wake up to find a new wooden comb handmade by Ric in their stocking, and bottles of our favorite essential oils and other hair oils.

And since this is "cyber", a richly scented oil blend that would repair all the hair damage and make our hair instantly reach our length goals with one application and leave our hair glowing!  This would be for us all.

And no one gets left out.

Merry Christmas,

strawberryfine Roll Eyes

ETA:  Everyone here would get sparkling jewels of their choice and Bikerbraid would wear a sparkling diamond tiara, and Rapunzel would wear one as well and get a years supply of hairstick materials!

Ooooooh!  Thank you!  I could really use some pampering right now (and I know Rapunzel could too).  I've been traveling so much lately I almost went to the wrong city last week!  Yesterday it all caught up with me and ended up spending the day in bed (and the bathroom  Undecided ).  My whole body aches and my poor hair is in desparate need of some attention.

In this cyber world of anything goes - I would send everyone their favorite LongLocks sticks, and an extra years' growth for their hair.  For Rapunzel - I'd send 5 clones of her to get all of her hairstick making needs taken care of so she could take two weeks off to go to anyplace she desires (Japan maybe??).

Happy Solistice, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and a general Happy Holidays to everyone.

Thank you, too, Bikerbraid!
I would love, love, love a full year's growth on my hair.  Wow!  What a cool gift.

Cool 8)

Merry Christmas!

Sorry - if I seem a bit absent on some of these threads, it's because I don't actually celebrate Christmas.

I hope I haven't offended anyone!  Undecided

Hope everyone has a good week, anyway! I'm looking forward to spending time with Hubby. YAY! He's finally off work!  Smiley

Don't worry Rua, no one should be offended.  I just hope we have not made you uncomfortable.  I grew up (and actually still live in the same neighborhood) where Christians are a minority.  It used to be a primarily Jewish neighborhood, but now there are many different different ethnic groups in the area.  I find the diveristy refreshing, interesting and educating.

I hope everyone here is comfortable accepting everyone's differences.

No, not at all!! Thank you Bikerbraid! Dublin has become very much like you're neighbourhood with so much ethnic diversity in the last 5-10 years. I agree, it's really refreshing! Cheesy

I usually like to say Happy Holidays because that includes all.  Grin There is a big controversery here in the states about the whole thing.  Sad Some people get sore if you say Seasons Greetings or Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas Lips Sealed other people are hurt if all you say is Merry Christmas cause it leaves them out if they don't have Christmas   ???  What's a person to do  Undecided for myself I accept any and all greetings.  Wink Grin
