The result of first year of growing
Oct 11th, 2004 at 4:28pm

Hey you all!

A year has gone by and my hair is now 15cm longer than it was when I started. This year has been very long, I have been loosing my nerves many, many times with this hair-project. I´m so unpatient with my hair...  Roll Eyes (It would be so lovely to have it long at once and waiting is so frustrating, as you all know.)

Here are two links for pictures of my hair. The first is a photo taken last October when I started growing. The other one is taken recently.

Photo 1: gamma.nic.fi/~zarri/kata/blondi.jpg
Photo 2: gamma.nic.fi/~zarri/kata/punatukka.jpg

My hair is -unfortunately- still very short, but I´m happy with my growth anyway. My hair is in good condition and I love the colour  Cheesy.

If there´s any problem with these links, please let me know.

ooooh - I love the color on the second pic.  Your hair looks very healthy as well.

I could not get the first picture to display.  Undecided

I figured it out - here's the link to your first picture:

and for convenience, here's the second picture:

Thanks  Cheesy.

I have to say, Anais, that the pictures of your hair are the best motivation for me  Wink.

Thanks  Cheesy

I had my hair highlighted a year ago, when I started growing my hair. In June I decided to stop highlighting because it was not so good to my hair and I dyed the highlights by myself using Directions semi-permanent (conditioning hair colour cream rinse) color Dark Tulip. It is sold here in Finland but I don´t know about internationally... In two-three weeks from now I`ll dye my whole head using the same dark warm brown that I have in a base colour now. Of course, I love the reddish-plum colour too, but my hair has grown so much from summer, so the highlights don´t look very good anymore.

It has been some time since those photos were taken, so here is newest photo of my hair, which are now 35cm long.

...

I don´t highlight it anymore, I just keep dyeing the roots with semi-permanent colour from Wella.
