for aaaaages ive had these absolutely gorgeous metal claw clips in the shape of blue butterflies but havnt been able to use them cos i dont like the stlye they suit best, then today i had a brain wave    my best pair of hairsticks are just plain black & a bit boring, to spruce them up i attached the clips to the top of them....the looked soooo elegant and now i can wear my beautiful clips! they kinda look like this, but slightly larger and metal with blue bits...

Great idea and *much* safer for your hair!  It's much better to hold your hair up with sticks than claws.  You've figured out how to solve both problems, good for you!  :)
