Are you sure those are all splits? It might be new growth which hasn't caught up with the rest yet.
But fine hair really seems to be more prone to splits. When I look more closely,I also see a number of them Tongue
But I found that doing regular micro-trims gives the hair a more healthy appearance  in general and splits are less noticeable.
Apart from that I keep them down with a leave-in conditioner.(In humid weather, etc.) Cheesy

I figure it would take me a half-hour a day to keep up with my splits, my hair being so fine that there are what seems like billions of strands.  Shocked

But I try, and the hair looks much healthier without them, now that I'm CO washing only and wearing my hair up most of the time.

I'm just hoping that this new improved hair care routine will result in a significantly decreased split rate, so eventually all can be nicely evened out.

I hope you new routine will help reduce splits.  I too have very fine hair that was prone to splits.  I've managed to minimize the split ends with more careful handling of my hair, but still suffer from breakage  Cry

Hope things improve for you!
