Hi Folks

French twists and hairsticks are sooo gorgeous, and I  have been wanting to use both at the same time.... but  haven't found instructions that make sense. Hiding out in the mountains for a few years as a spiritual retreat, I have no nearby lady friends to ask for hair help!

Does anyone have easy-to-follow instructions? my hair is slightly past shoulderblade length.
