I'm looking for something different to do with my hair.  This will be for my senior prom, but the only thing is, is that my hair is a little over three feet long.  I want to have my hair up with plenty of curls going down my back.  I don't have any idea on how I can do this myself without getting professional help.  I would love to know if any of you have tips on how I can do this.  Thank you.

Thanks for the help.  I'll check out the HairStyles Gallery and I hope every thing will go well.  It's hard to style my hair sometimes.
