Does anyone have anyone have information regarding menopause and hair loss?  My hair has thinned significantly over the past 2 years, I am hoping it will eventually stop (or I might be bald in another 2 years!).

Just an update:  I have found that I was able to curb the hairloss when I added Biotin and Silica to my supplements (which already included MSM).  Some say this combination will increase hair growth as well.  I have not seen an increase, but the reduction of hair loss has been fantastic. 

I'm still not sure what's causing it, but I have half the hair I did a year ago.  It began falling out by the handfuls mid-summer last and is still falling out.  I look awful.  I've posted about this before, but I hadn't decided to try anything like the biotin and silica.  Can you guys tell me where to get this stuff and how much to take?  Is there a brand that's better than the next?  Do they sell biotin and silica seperately at the store...???  I don't know anything about either one of those nutrients.

Thanks.  I really miss my hair, so I'd like to try whatever I can to make this fallout stop.   ???
