The pic on the right is from August, and the one on the left I took today.  I've made a bit of progress, n'est pas?

Hmm...I'm still seeing a lot of dryness/damage toward the ends, but the new growth looks fab! Keep taking care of it and it will take care of you. ;)

Yes, there's still damage.  Sigh.  Over the next year or so I'm hoping to trim it gradually off.

Um... if I were going to cut all the damage off, about where do you think I would cut?  Shoulder length?  (gulp) Chin?

Eek, no! Not that much! :o ;D

It's tough to say without seeing it in person. But if I had to guess just from your pic, I'd say maybe in inch? An inch and a half? I'd say wherever the dryness starts...you're a better judge of that than anyone else can be. Anyway, that's just my 2¢.

Are you going in for a trim soon? I'm getting one this month too.

I'm just grumpy because my hair is misbehaving. :-[

I may be getting a trim, but I have to get the car smogged, and a headlamp just blew out and needed replacing, and I need to get a birthday present for my sister...it's hard for me to justify the expense of a 2 inch trim when so much else is going on.  I need one, though, to even out the ends; it's hard to do that myself.

lol I hear ya, sister. :P ;D

A family friend has been cutting my hair since I was little and now she only charges me $5. It so helps to have someone like that around! I actually have a trim scheduled with her this weekend.

Let us know how yours turns out when you get it. :)
