Title: My wife's cat Rascal Post by Jerry on Oct 3rd, 2008 at 5:59pm
Rascal passed away yesterday while we were both at work (the 2nd of October) :'(
His 15th. birthday was the 1st. and we could tell he was not feeling well. He started losing weight in the middle of July and the vet said he had a kidney problem (we never did find out what kind exactly). He lost weight more and more and he was very skinny in the back and some days we could tell he was having trouble jumping even short heights. Well, of course my wife took it pretty hard but I am surprised how much it has saddened myself. I told a co-worker this morning that you don't know how much you miss something until it's gone. We are having him cremated and the ashes will be in a little brown box with flowers on it. We still have his younger brother Bandit so I guess he will get all of the attention now. Jerry |

I'm so sorry for your loss, Jerry and Barb. 15 years is a good long life for a kitty. I hope his brother doesn't miss him too much.

Thank you everyone :)
Bandit does not seem to be aware that his older brother is not around anymore. Jerry |
