Most forums have them...why not have one here?
There are certainly enough people visiting at once to justify having one and it might encourage more casual visitors to become members. I suppose you could make it accessible to non-members as well (though I wouldn't encourage it).

We have set up chats in the past using the Yahoo Groups. But that is no longer available. I will check to see if I can another program to work for us.

True, but I was talking about adding an applet right here in the salon so you don't have to go elsewhere. I think it would be keen anyway...
