Thank you! So far I've slept in, had a cup of dandelion root tea and read. Hubby and my parents gave me $$$ and a Starbucks card.
Tonight hubby's taking me out to an expensive restaurant. Yesterday, one of my yoga students gave me a mehndi cone. I think I might play with it tomorrow, after my boot camp exercise class. |

Thanks, all of you! Dinner was 6 courses of organic and locally grown delights, and I had the optional wine parings with each dish. Hubby and I were so stuffed we couldn't eat dessert! The restaurant gave me a personalized menu, and we each got a flute of Prosecco (its a sparking Italian wine, similar to champagne) at the start of the meal. The menu changes daily so it was a nice souvineer (sp?) to a lovely night.
Oh, yeah, I bought myself a fascinator to wear for my birthday-it was awesome. I've got pics... |

Thanks! For years I've adored watching period films and in so many there's been these amazing feather hair decorations. I never found any information on them until recently. I was actually looking for a mini top hat and that lead me to a site in Australia. The site had a section on fascinators and I thought, what on earth is that? I'm quite excited to know what to look for-I'd love to have a few more in different styles.
