Well I gave away my shampoos with cones and sulfates and bought some Burt's Bees Very Volumizing Pomegranate and Soy shampoo.  I'm very excited about it and it smells really nice! I tried it and my mom says my hair looks a lot healthier but I'm not sure if it's from the shampoo because
1) I also bought some henna and tried it the same day
2) bought some jojoba oil and tried it the same day
3) i had my sis trim off my dead ends

So I will have to keep using it to see what it does to my hair! Anyone else ever try this?

I only use products that are specifically made for curly hair.  It will be hard to tell what's making the difference, you made a lot of changes at once.  Choosing to take care of your hair in a less damaging way is a long journey with lots of twists and turns.

You might want to start a journal to help keep track of your trials, errors and what works.
