I am feeling soooo much better this afternoon.  My morning didnt go well.  I was stressed out!!!  But this afternoon I discovered my hair has been growing  ;D ;D ;D.  I think it has replaced the 1/2" or so I cut off on Jan 1.  It had been resting, but nap time is over  :).

Funny how your hair can be such a comforting thing in times of trouble, isn't it?  ;)  I like to think of mine as one of very few "steady constants" that I have in life. Something that has been there through it all and will continue to be there through it all. And something that I actually have some control over. In a world full of loss, disappointment and uncertainty, it's nice to have a little something there that you can always depend on...right?

Even a half inch of growth...heck, even a quarter inch...can refresh your perspective and provide encouragement for the future. To me, hair growth represents progress, moving forward, evolving, etc. Your hair will see you through and out of this stressful time, trust me. And best of luck!  :)
