Happy Birthday Galadriel! May the next year bring a a whole foot of hair growth. Oh, dear, your in Finland..must convert to metric...computing....12" x 2.5 cm/inch = 30 cm!!! Wow, I just wished you 30 cm of growth -- sounds so much more impressive than 12" ;)

Sakina, I suppose we celebrate just like you do. Some have parties for friends while others (like me) prefer more quiet celebrating. We usually receive small gifts. This year, my birthday was more on Valentine's Day side, as I had received all my "gifts" beforehand and had barely recovered from Saturday's birthday dinner.

Curlygirl22, I just love having my Bday on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is an "imported" celebration here (it's only been celebrated for 20 years), and many people say it's nothing but commercial hype. But, because it's my birthday, I mostly imagine that it's all arranged in my honor ;D and enjoy. Delusional, but makes me feel great every time I see an ad proclaiming "Remember your friend 14.2." ;D

PreciousLocks, my last year's net growth was a puny 1/3 foot/10 cm, so you wished me triple growth! :-* That might take me to my goal length. :D
