That's very beautiful and very inspirational, and Lord knows we all need some inspiration from time to time ::)! Thanks for posting that, BB. The really cool part about such wonderful exerpts like that is honestly trying to do what they say...not just reading and forgetting about it, and how it can actually change you for the better. The part I like best about that one is where it refers to 'helping hands', I think that really rings true (especially for women, although some of us could use 8 or 10 of those helping hands!).

I like to re-visit this quote as a sort of - new year's resolution. It is a simple statement that speaks volumes.

What an inspiring quote. I have to say my favorite "quotelet" is the one about poise. Thanks a bunch for posting this. It has a universal appeal to it. I love it.

The poise part is my favourite too. Especially poignant for someone who has spent the majority of her life a loner. ;)

That one makes me think of my roommate, however. It's only too late for forgiveness when you're dead...but you have to want to be forgiven. :-/
