Title: Pantene Brunette Expressions
Post by maggie on Nov 14th, 2005 at 1:14pm
...my name is maggie, and I'm a Pantene-aholic...and recently I've found a new strain of Pantene to be addicted to.  For about two weeks now I've been using the 'brunette expressions' line, and thus far am quite pleased with it.  Normally, I use the classic care line, but decided to be daring!  I'm not so sure it really does anything for my color, but I do like the way it makes my hair feel...not waxy or weighed down, and I also like the smell it leaves my hair with.  I was a bit leary to try this after my experience with John Frieda's line for brunettes (yuck!  :P ), but haven't been disappointed yet with it... of course the ACV rinses are a HUGE help in keeping any product working well, and I've been keeping up with them faithfully once every week-week and a half.  Has anyone else tried the Brunette (or any other color) Expressions?

Congratulations!  How wonderful you've found a line you like!  I'm not brunette, so I haven't tried it.

Hey, according to your ticker you're about 3 inches away from your goal!  Keep up the good work!

Well, actually I am at 24" right now.  I'm not exactly sure about my hairgrowth rate yet, I tried to figure it out in the 'measure up' boards, so I figured 7 months should be enough time for me to grow a bit more than 2", and will account for any small trims.  We'll see!

Thanks for noticing, Sakina!  ;D

I was very disappointed with the John Frieda line too.  Do the pantene color lines differ from eachother?  I wonder how it caters to each haircolor.

I would try it, but I have so many conditioners and shampoos in my cupboard right now -- I need to finish off what I have before buying new product! ><
