as promised!! but tailbone is pushed forward because i trimmed around 3.5cm/1.4" this month cuze i just couldn't stand my messy ends anymore. it hardly shows in length since the ends tended to curl outwards in a silly way (you saw this mainly in profile though)

before the trim:

after 3cm trim (trimmed in V):

after 0.5cm trim (to even ends out - trimmed in softer U):

all of these were taken after air drying (i think the amount of waves depends on how much i combed it, i never dried my hair without wet combing at all!). but i think i am wavier than 1b ... no ???

You are such a lucky girl!!! What I wouldn't do to have hair that length and health, keep up all the TLC! Very beautiful and stunning, styg!

Gorgeous as always!

I'm thinking of cutting a V shape into my ends, so I have a question for you... Do you notice much of a difference in the ends of your braids regarding thickness and ends sticking out?

hmm, do note you will never get such a deep V with feye's method (although i noticed you can go deeper if you hold the hair away from your body - split in two parts & held in front of the shoulders that is). since i still have layers too i couldn't really say for sure how much tapper it creates in braids. but i think in most updo's thinner ends are actually handier than very thick ones. and braids, personally i tie them off above the layers.
