BB- nope! can't swim!  The year that swimming classes happened at my school, my mom wouldn't sign my permission slip.  She thought I was "too small".  LOL  She always said "don't drink coffee it will stunt your growth".  By the time I reached 20-something, I finally said " mom, I ain't getting any taller.  I'm drinking coffee!"  But I digress.  I tried swimming a couple times after that.  Umm, if you can call it that.  I call it Creative Sinking.

Interesting that your mother thought you were too small for swimming - that's WHY I learned to swim when I was very young.  My parents were concerned that with all the water here in Minnesota, that it was important to know how to swim, especially when you are a small person.  I learned to swim when I was 5 - I couldn't touch the bottom of the pool yet. I have loved the water ever since.

You know you are never too old to learn to swim.  I taught my non-swimming mother how to swim when she was 50.  Granted, she's no Ester Williams, but she can stay on top of the water and move around.  ;D  (And at 82 she is still swimming!)

As for the Blueberry margaritas, we must be careful on the amount of alcohol consumed - I don't think I can save all of you at the same time from the pool!
