I am black, 31 years old, and have been growing out my hair for two years.

I think I am on the right track. I take GNC ultramega, vitamin world hair skin and nails, biotin, zinc, and flax seed oil supplements. These are for my health, and I know it helps my hair. The amount is mainly due to help offset the effects of my meds wellbutrin, seroquel, and lamictal.

I look forward to all the great info and wonderful hair inspirations here. :)

Just curious where "pearce" came from? It was my grandparents' last name, and I don't see that spelling very much - it holds a place near & dear to my heart.
