Hi all,
Has anyone every tried Swiss Herbal Silica Gel? It's a colloidal preparation for skin, hair and nails. You take a teaspoon once a day and it's peppermint flavored. This is a Canadian product. Any info would be great! |

Haven't heard of that particular one but I do take silica regularly - I think it's a good thing ... Martha *snork*
