the other day i was watching this program on tv and they were talking about avocadoes, and then they said that if you put 2 avocadoes with 1 egg and 2 tbs of avocado oil in a blender and make it into a paste for dry hair anybody ever tried this or something close :-/ ?
i'm not sure if i would put that in my hair!

Never tried avocado in my hair but when I eat them I notice a noticable difference in my skin. I don't eat them very often, so I doubt it's coincidental.

I've made a conditioning mask of one avacodo and one banana, it did alright, no better than a good comercial deep treatment. The worst part was getting the banana strings out of my hair :P

but i still need to go shopping for some of the ingredients
