What are some good conditoners for over processed, damaged hair? I have a trim set up for next week, and I want to get my hair in fairly good shape, so I can color it after the trim. Any advice is appriciated!!!

Hmm, if your hair likes 'cones, Garnier Fructis' deep conditioner (the one in the little tub) is very good. The Body Shop's Brazil Nut Moisture Mask is really good too. I started using it a few months after I had bleached my hair and I really noticed a difference--my hair started to look and feel silky and not so dried out. These are both deep conditioning treatments so the longer you leave them on, the better the results (at least in my own experiences).

I used the Garnier Sleek and Shine Deep Conditoning Treatment. Are you talking about the regular one?

Yep, the regular one. Sorry about that! I'm trying not to use 'cones anymore so I didn't know there's a Sleek and Shine deep conditioner.

I personally like Hask's Henna N Placenta. Something else not bad is, Queen Helene Cholesterol...Both can be bought at Sally Hansen's Beauty Supply.

You could also try hot oil treatments...Warm up some olive oil and apply it to your hair. I like to put on a cheapie plastic shower cap and then a towel. Works well for me.  ;)

I have tried these myself and found them to be great!  Yeah Atlantis! :D  And I also do Mayonnaise treatments in the same way as with the Olive oil.  Another thing to help these treatments is to get a heat cap.  I have one and they really make a difference!   ;D
