I made this one from oak wood and added a wooden ball. I then painted it.

It is inspired by a "Tama-Kanzashi" style hair stick. This one is short and just right for my tiny bun ;D I used my scanner to take the picture as I need to get a dig camera. The scanner makes the stick look dull but it's very shiney and bright 8)

How pretty! Do you make this for a living? I'm sorry to be such a dunce, but I'm so behind on these boards! We switched over to a faster internet last week, and they are loading for me perfectly most of the time now, so I am posting a lot more often again! Anyway, gorgeous stick! It is simple but elegant! ;)

Wow, I really like that...I liked your other one also. The woods make it seem very natural and pretty. If only I were so crafty! Very nice.
