Well, this is my hair. The pic is a growth/progress chart (I got the idea from a pic Anais Satin posted a few months ago). Although it sometimes feels that my hair isn't growing fast enough, I'm actually happy to see how much it's grown in nearly two years. And I think that's where my tailbone is. It's hard to tell with my baggy-butt gym shorts.

This is the morning after a CWC wash. Considering that the length has suffered through a bleaching and three dye jobs, it doesn't look too horrible.

Should make GOAL in less than 2.5 years at this rate - and it really looks very nice - the colors will blend together more and more as you go ...g

Your hair looks fantastic! So shiney. Taking progress pictures helps you see the changes better. Just when you think your hair isn't growing, the pictures will show you that it really is!

btw, i think your tailbone is higher so you're closer to your goal than you think ;)

Thank you for all of the nice comments, everyone! :D I was embarrassed to post a pic because a lot of people here have nice, natural hair and I had totally abused mine. But you all made me feel a lot better about my hair! Oh, and after checking in a mirror, I think I could have placed that goal line higher up...

Juri, considering the dye-jobs you mention etc your hair looks very well-taken-care-of.

I wish I could say the shine is natural, but it took months of daily conditioning before I lost the straw-look that comes with bleaching. Oh the folly of youth. :)
