Hello! I have a question about tracking numbers. I wanted to check my purchase that I am getting through Priority Mail. When I put the tracking number in, it gave me the message, "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this website."
Where can I use my tracking number? |

Since I don't know who you are, I can't check your tracking from my end but there should be two different links for tracking your package in the email you received when your package was shipped. If one doesn't work (which is probably because their site was down), the other should. Don't expect too much however, because the USPS doesn't really go out of their way to share too much information on the status of Priority Mail packages. If you feel you should have received your package by now, please contact us directly by responding to any of the email you have received from us :) |
